In that album's title track, you can hear him transitioning from mellow-voiced troubadour to a vibrant aficionado of Uruguayan roots music. Traditional rhythms, Euro-electronics, and a highly refined pop sensibility all come together in glorious tracks like “Bailar en la cueva,” while the Oscar®-winning “Al Otro Lado del Río” finds Drexler at his most elegantly poetic.
