I knew it wouldn't work out So I close my eyes and said Didn't wanna read between the lines It came to and end and I realized That I should have been more clever I should a known it better There are things in life that you've got to figure out Well if you play with fire you will get burnt I learn my lesson and yes it hurts Don't play with fire, don't play with fire Don't play with fire... No I got no time to play around No time to loose Somethings you've got to learn by doing (learn by doing) When your heart says yes and your mind says no It's time to take a little control Do it for yourself, do it for no one else Cause all you've got to love, love yourself And all you've got to trust, just yourself And all you've got to appreciate, appreciate yourself It's better if you know yourself
