In the old, old hospital of dollies

Poor Pinocchio arrived all hurt and muddy

As a cruel fool scarecrow on a trolly

Hit him hard, surprised him with a lolly

He arrived with his nose in little kisses

Both his legs all broken and in pieces

With convulsions and many, many seizures

And the guard attended him with measles

They call an older doctor to take this quick emergency

And with his magic style, he fixed him in an urgency

And told the other dollies who were all sick in bed

"Pinocchio is all ruined, there's no heart to be mend"

Then Pinocchio was not reacting fast

And the doctor was getting very sad

In a flash, the fairy got there flying

And she saw Pinocchio ill and dying

Moved her wand and put a heart of candy
