You have You have something in you Something you gotta do, a need Sometimes Sometimes it's something new Sometimes you always knew, a dream Have you ever had that feeling Just as vital as breathing And you went out of your ways (Something you gotta do) You couldn't help it you couldn't stay (Something you always knew) Dream chasers How far will you go to get it The other side of the earth Do you have a limit Did you leave behind All your friends and family to get it I guess that's the price Of all chasers of dreams There were times, i had to ask myself Was leaving everything, worth it At the lowest points of my life I must confess I wasn't always convinced But when a dream gives your life meaning You can't simply forget it And you went out of your ways (Pushed forward by your passion) You couldn't help it you couldn't stay (Becoming an obsession) Dream chasers How far will you go to get it The other side of the earth Do you have a limit Did you leave behind All your friends and family to get it I guess that's the price Of all chasers of dreams I had one I chased it and I left And after all these years I live with no regrets It's not about where you get Not even about success The end of a dream chaser's road won't taste Won't taste like bitterness
