Things Have Changed

Back in the times when you were missing someone you love There was no choice than waiting for that person to come It was the longing, a blessing, that strengthened the bond But now that bond has crumbled due to video calls Yes things have changed and they're the reason for all your pain Yes again and again it will drain all your brain You'll scream you will shout not knowing what its about The system's gone to the dogs, its too late to make a change Things have changed I just hate this change It's a shame Things won't ever be the same Who's to blame? I don't know who's to blame! But again I can't take all this pain Things have changed What one had was treasured so it lasted for life All Broken things were mended just to save one more dime Now all throw things away just being bored and greed's on a climb It is abundance, the enemy of today's times Yes things have changed and they're the reason for all your pain Yes again and again it will drain all your brain You'll scream you will shout not knowing what its about The system's gone to the dogs, its too late to make a change Things have changed I just hate this change It's a shame Things won't ever be the same Who's to blame? But again I can't take all this pain Things have changed Things have changed Things have charged Things have changed No no no things have changed Family was all about togetherness at home But now its just a house fighting for spaces of their own You're wishing them on public space It seems you've lost your mind Social media is making you do stuff of crazy kind Showing off your kids for all your likes comments & shares With privacy issue dangers how can you even dare Life's dancing on a song which seems to have lost its rhyme I wish I had a switch with which I could turn back the time Yes things have changed and they're the reason for all your pain Yes again and again it will drain all your brain You'll scream you will shout not knowing what its about The system's gone to the dogs, its too late to make a change Things have changed I just hate this change It's a shame Things won't ever be the same Who's to blame?
