There's a war inside my mind That I battle and I lose from time to time Weary from fighting insecurities and thoughts I'm losing the war And it affects my daily walk They say the truth will Set you free But it's so painful that in bondage You'll find me I've climbed that wall before And couldn't keep my grasp And until I climb that wall Then pain is my forecast Just know that you can't change your past But you got it 'Cause there's hope for you in your forecast You got it Yes, you got it Yes, you got it There are lessons Lined in pain You must endure and lead on God With hopes to gain And understanding of the trials that you go through And pray that you see the trial is Bigger than just you Cause we've all been there In the rain When there's no option but to Call on Jesus' name He came to help us walk along A righteous path And if we believe than sunshine Is in our forecast Just know that you can't change your past But you got it 'Cause there's hope for you in your forecast You got it Yes, you got it Yes, you got it
