Went to the cupboard

To get her poor dog a bone

When she got there

The cupboard was bare

So the poor little dog had none

The little dog sat

"Doggone!", said the little dog

"That ain't the way to do

Closed up the cupboard

The little dog moaned

"If you can't get a bone
