Summer breeze dancing with some butterflies

Cotton candy clouds slowly passing on by

Hound dog snapping at them damn horseflies

As long as they ain’t bitin’ me

Sunshine playin’ a little hide and seek

Red bird singing in a willow tree

Tulips feeding nectar to some honeybees

And I’m just sittin’ on this front porch swing

Kicking my boots up on a world gone crazy

We could all use a little more lazy

Sweet iced tea, just you and your baby

Feelin’ alright, alright

Watching is all pass by in the minute

I can’t stop, but I can slow down the spinnin’

Take a step back and start livin’ a little more

Crickets and the frogs got a song to sing

Kids catching fireflies by the creek

Turn off all the lights so that we can see

All the stars in the sky
