Night, within stars above us shining bright

The mystery of their magic light

Shines down upon our caravan

Stars create a map up in the sky

For man to chart his journey by

The desert marble of the sea, big as an ocean

Plenty of days of blistering sunshine

Dried up the earth while it's in motion

Ages and ages and slowly by stages

According to natural plan, all that's left is the sand
