This is the path that I follow

A gap-toothed grin in a shell of a man

Pulling past all the pretenses put in the plan

Won't put it past them if people are pulling my hand

But my progression is by my discretion

Trials and lessons never closed my path

So I keep trying my best, they won't hold me back

They won't give it to you if you stay

So complacent, but there has to be another way

Know your circumstance

Stay on the course

If it pushes you down, come back at it with force and

Just take your time and climb it

Know that, always

You'll stand, growing

Above it all

And know that when it seems that your whole world is burning

You'll find it in the fire to press on
