 Well the clouds in my brain aren't from the booze at all

 Though I stumble through the pain I have yet to fall

 Hadn't lost mind but I'm as close as I'll get

 I been pushed toward the edge but I'm not quite there yet

 I'm not crazy yet, I've got a ways to go

 I'm only halfway through this bottle

 If I lose it I'll let you know

 Spending time earning nickels owing dimes

 No regrets, all except you didn't finish me off, baby

 Well the ghosts from my past will fade out of sight

 If I can make this bottle last for the rest of the night

 What's easy to recall is so hard to forget
