Obsessed with these imperfections

Unrealistic expectations

Fixated on fixing myself

Without healthy limitation

Strung out with

The scale as my drug

Don't worry if I break

Just sweep my pieces under the rug

My reflection's distorted

No matter what, I feel disproportioned

Fueled by dysmorphic visions

It's still a personal decision

So if my eyes offer only skewed views

Tell me, why is my perception of myself misconstrued?

I feel I won't be content until my bones protrude
