In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I can remember being a kid going to our local jamborees and just falling in love with music there. I would ask my parents to take me every weekend, I would sit for hours just listening to 5 guys cook up some blues songs.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Blaze Foley, Live At the Austin Outhouse Bob Dylan, The Freewheelin' Bob Dylan Charles Wesley Godwin, Seneca These guys are part of the reason I ever wanted to release music. I can still remember being a high school kid finding Bob Dylan. Hearing the soul in his songs was just incredible to me.

My older brother Sam passed away in a car accident when I was 16. I always wanted to have just one last talk with him. Just to see what his last bit of advice would be. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? I’d say getting to put music out that now people actually are excited to hear. All I’ve ever really wanted was to play my songs for people.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I have always said I had one goal as an artist. If I did it, that would be my “we did it” moment. Just to have someone stop me one day and say how much one of my songs impacted them. I know it sounds cliche but that’s the truth.
