Artist Biography
∙ Louisiana-born country artist Frank Foster wrote his first song in college and began his career performing in local bars.
∙ His first musical exposure came while working on a Gulf of Mexico oil rig, when a video of him playing guitar in the break room went viral.
∙ Foster’s self-produced 2012 video for “Blue Collar Boys,” from his sophomore album, Red Wings and Six Strings, garnered more than six million views.
∙ Five of his self-released albums have reached the Top 20 on Billboard’s Country chart, with 2014’s Rhythm and Whiskey peaking at No. 4.
∙ He has opened concerts for and toured with some of his biggest musical heroes, including Hank Williams, Jr., and Lynyrd Skynyrd.
