Artist Biography
Jodie Devos is a versatile soprano whose performances and recordings often feature unusual repertory. She was the second prize winner at the 2014 Queen Elisabeth Competition in Belgium. Devos' recording debut came in 2016 with the recital Il était une fois, backed by pianist Caroline Meng and the Quatuor Giardini. Devos issued the critically acclaimed album Offenbach: Colorature in 2019. Devos released the album And Love Said... in 2021, which included a song by Queen frontman Freddie Mercury. In 2022, she was heard on four different albums, including Bijoux Perdus, a recital of neglected French opera arias.
