Artist Biography
London's Trailer Trash Tracys fashion a shoegaze-inspired sound that focuses on cavernous reverb and Suzanne Aztoria's deadpan vocals instead of massive walls of guitar effects. In 2009 the band released debut single "Candy Girl/Wish You Were Red" via No Pain in Pop, which garnered acclaim from The Guardian and Dazed & Confused. However, instead of continuing to release singles and play live to stay in the public eye, Trailer Trash Tracys concentrated on recording their debut album, Ester, which expanded the spooky pop template of their single with more unexpected and experimental touches. ~ Heather Phares
