Andy Hui is a Cantopop star that has enjoyed a truly evergreen career. He was the first runner-up in the New Talent Singing Championship in 1986, faring even better than the ‘Heavenly King' himself, Leon Lai. His real break came later when Anita Mui invited him to duet on “Splitting the Iceberg” but his fate among the stars was sealed with the 1993 hit “I Like You Being You”. Known for his fashionable image and the tinge of melancholy in his voice, he is one half of Cantopop's golden couple with Sammi Cheng (now his wife). Their duet “Have You Got Me in Your Heart?” is one of the country's most popular duets of all time.
