Ellie Goulding is eager to release her upcoming album Brightest Blue soon—even with everything that’s going on in the world. “It is a lot of me on this one, which was really important to me,” Goulding tells Apple Music. “It does feel good to have an album that—albeit [one] I wrote a long, long time ago—is a body of work that I believe in.” On her At Home With interview with Zane Lowe, the British pop singer-songwriter talks about dissecting herself as a form of therapy, stepping outside her comfort zone as an artist, and having Craig David sing at her 2019 wedding. I wish I thought of that, because it's basically saying, ‘I don’t believe in God, but if I did, he would have made you as you are.’”
