Amy Allen uses the songwriting skills she developed as a go-to hitmaker in her own indie folk-pop music. By the time she released her first EP, the Maine native had amassed an impressive clutch of hits for A-list pop stars like Harry Styles, Halsey, and Selena Gomez. Allen's own music, on singles like "Queen of Silver Linings" and "What a Time to Be Alive," trends more toward organic, guitar-driven indie folk-pop with a strong emotional pull. After her debut solo EP, AWW!, in 2021, she collaborated with chamber group yMusic. In 2024, she issued the singles "Girl with a Problem" and "Even Forever."
