About Josh Baldwin
While growing up in Albemarle, North Carolina, Christian singer-songwriter Josh Baldwin played drums in church for his pastor father, and he learned to play guitar in high school.
â He released his first album, 2008âs Changing, while serving as a worship leader with MorningStar Fellowship Church in South Carolina.
â Rivers, Baldwinâs crowd-funded 2014 LP, featured his song âYou Deserve It All,â which became a familiar anthem in churches worldwide.
â In 2014, he joined the Bethel Music collective of worship artists in Redding, California, and he recorded a live version of his âPraises (Be Lifted Up)â in 2016.
â His 2017 solo album, The War Is Over, debuted at No. 2 on Billboardâs Christian Albums chart.
â Baldwinâs âStand in Your Love,â the lead single from Bethel Musicâs 2019 album, Victory, was a Top 10 Christian hit.
â He was nominated for two Dove Awards, including New Artist of the Year, in 2019.
