About Jeff Bernat
Filipino American R&B singer Jeff Bernat cultivated a massive audience in South Korea after his song “Call You Mine” was used in a Korean drama.
• Born in the Philippines and raised in Reno, Nevada, Bernat was musically inclined from an early age. He performed in his school choir and marching band.
• While in college, Bernat started uploading cover songs to YouTube. He made friends with several prominent performers on the platform and began to gain popularity.
• After six months, Bernat landed a gig opening up for several YouTube stars in San Francisco.
• He released his debut album, The Gentleman Approach, in 2012. The song “Call Me Mine” appeared on the Korean drama You Are My Destiny and earned him a massive Korean fanbase.
• Bernat’s 2013 sophomore album, Modern Renaissance, became his second Top 10 placement on the iTunes R&B Albums chart.
• HIs third album, Afterwords, arrived in 2017.
