Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Music has always been part of our family. We remember making music as young boys and growing our knowledge. One of the most memorable was when we became a 5 piece band and played our first full rock show.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Die Heuwels Fantasties, Wilder as Die Wildtuin Francois van Coke, Kanniedood The Motion Epic, Boardwalk Arcadia (Deluxe Edition) These three albums are very close to our hearts. We connect our sound to these three albums to form our sound, Retro Rock.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Soek my son” This is the first single under our name 1925. It is special because it was written with a new sound in mind and the lyrics are special to us.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? The most memorable moments in our career was when we wrote "Soek my son" and performed it for the first time.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? We still have a lot to do. We want to do a bunch of collaborations with artists we feel would fit perfectly with our sound. One of our biggest challenges and definitely part of our bucket list is to play festivals in Europe.
