A guitarist and songwriter whose primal music betrays a sophisticated undercurrent, Michael Beach makes rock & roll that's as thoughtful as it is straightforward and authoritative. His recordings play on the loud and gritty tropes of contemporary garage punk while blending electronics and adventurous production techniques into the mix, as well as literate and personal lyrics. Beach collaborated with acts like Electric Jellyfish, Thigh Master, and Charlie Megira before he won a following for solo efforts like 2017's keyboard-driven Gravity/Repulsion and 2021's taut Dream Violence.

Michael Beach has also released music as a member of Brothers of the Baladi.
