Nadine Lustre may be known for her stellar acting, but she’s also an award-winning recording artist. The former Pop Girls member made her debut solo bow with a self-titled EP that featured chart-topper “Bahala Na”, a breezy, sunset-pop tune with her airy vocals dovetailing perfectly with actor/singer-songwriter James Reid’s. Having performed on multiple soundtracks and pop releases, she won an SBS PopAsia Titanium Award in 2015 before going on to dish up a euphoric twist on dance pop under the indie label Careless—a fearless metamorphosis that’s testament to an artist who will never shy away from a challenge.
