Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. One of the most important early musical memories was when I got my dad's old guitar. It was a Fender Bronco from the 70's. I had this guitar and a s****y amp in my bedroom in the attic. I only listened to Nirvana and played my Bronco – good times!
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Hamilton Leithauser, Rostam, I Had a Dream That You Were Mine John Prine, John Prine Neil Young & Crazy Horse, Zuma Zuma is one of the most influential records for me. I love the songwriting and it sounds so easy/honest. The way Hamilton sings, the vocal stacks, the drum sound, the songs… I fell in love with Prine's record, his stories and his way of telling them.

Tell us why you chose this song. “Fly Off, Fall Down, Come Back” I feel like a recording can be as important or even more important than the song itself. We recorded 'Fly Off, Fall Down, Come Back' in one take without any overdubs. Sometimes you capture a magical moment. In my opinion that happened with that song.
