I used to be defeated

Thought I'd always come in last

When I tried to press forward

I was hindered by my past

But then I heard the word of God

And decided to walk therein

I received the revelation

I was born again to win

Born again to win

The work has been completed

The devil is defeated

No more will I be cheated

I'm born again to win

I can do all things through Christ Jesus

Because He strengthens me

The word says I'm a champion

I walk in victory

He freed me from my past

And He gave me peace within

He clothed me with His righteousness
