Overwhelming darkness looms about

As Death dances with you in my doubt

Digging too deep manifests an entity I'm reifying Unfurling a fate with no silver lining

I fear the day you take your flight

What am I left in absence of your light? Every dawn is beyond my sight

Is today the day I say goodbye?
