Can't fight all the demons in me

I've tried but it's harder than it seems

It's time for a long, nonstop sleep

To kill this agony

I've been in a harsh car crash

Where I saw my life tearing apart

I know, it's not what it appears to be

Since it was just a dream and

No, I won't wake up that easily

It's hard to live a life that's full of emptiness

Burn the stains to hide the past from me

Tell me, where am I supposed to be?

I know I don't belong here

Despite all tries I keep

Drowning in misery

I lost the track of time

Even when that's not real

But then again, is anything?

I can't tell, I'm afraid, self-aware, and depressed again

So I won't wake up that easily
