There are things in my past

Things that I can't hide 

Mistakes I've made and regrets that try to ruin my life

But I won't let those demons win

There are nights I drank too much 

And stupid things I did

And there are so many times, I almost woke up dead 

So I hope you don't think less of me 

For my trespasses and my sins

I'm just a guy who has his flaws
