So I praise, thanks a lot, cos nobody got got, cos nobody's was lost, cos nobody met God

need to be smarter than that, need to try harder than that, need to get madder than mad, things are that bad, things are messed up, need a new path

each day, is a fight, braver men have fought and died, for a cause full of flaws that just turned out to be lies

taken aback by the times, taken aback by the crimes, cannot believe my own eyes, look at the sights, need to step back, change the design

so I shout, what the beep, need some faith but talk is cheap, rhyming and finding it hard to to proceed, writing and trying my best to believe

nothing to gain, nothing but pain, nothing but dust coming from the remains, nothing to say, nothing's ok, someone should pay for this mess that we made"
