Final Returning

I see the water rippling by a tender breeze.

I see the stars reflecting on the sea in peace.

I am returning from a long trip coming home,

I feel the kindly swinging of a cozy barque,

I hear the waves are singing with a voice so smart.

I know I’ll arrive at my wanted shore

To find the peace I’d been waiting for.

The way I chose with my heart and soul.

The way I took made my life being whole.

The yearning to find this final place

Let grow the power to reach with grace.

Moving without faltering

Gives me faith and strength.

Sliding over the water

Until my journey ends.
