Digging A Hole

Have you ever been in a Hole,

That you can’t see the top of ?

Well come take a look at mine.

I don’t know how it started ,

I must have kicked the soil,

And it got deeper over time.

It’s full of all the things,

That take away my wings,

At times i feel i’m falling down

I think mine’s getting so much bigger now

I try to keep it all in, But the walls keep crumbling

I’m just not sure now how to start again.

The times we let them down

Can never be undone

The lessons i must learn,

As all the bridges burn

I study ‘em one by one

So i don’t have to feel it now.
