I keep waking up underground and digging myself out

I sleep with a shovel in my hand and I'm digging up through best laid plans.

Dig til the light's in through crumbling dirt,

And the fight's in relearning to breathe

Through self doubt and loathing

The bed springs are groaning

They're bargaining with you to leave.

If I could just lie here a little longer,

Slide fear out of frame.

What if I try?

What if I really open my eyes,

And drag these brittle bones outside my home?
