Sunflowers line the road of all that's ever been

They brighten up the dark of what's no longer then

They often grow too quickly and meet a timely death

No one even knows that they were there

So they'll become a shadow of themselves

What once was full of color, has surely been through hell

We'll pick them up by pieces, put them in a book, and call 'em art
