Rains of Damnation

I was too blind to see the touch of a foe, not a friend

With those tarnished minds, I'm falling into the dark

I cannot escape the embodiment of the Evil one

I placed my hope on this world for a better morrow

But I was wrong, I was fucking wrong!

These spirits take my body as I tremble through the night

Malice found it's way through, I see my downfall

Within myself I see growing hate

I'm bound by these shackles, I cannot escape

I want to flee, I want to be free

Unyielding pain, pure misery

Evil has fallen on me

Like rains of damnation

Deprived of peace

I can't be set free

I'm deep in the dark, spirits swarming around

As I blindly follow their path, I'm among them all

Evil grows and hope is torn apart

How has it come to this?

Tarnished by the hate I feel

Tarnished we are

One with evil against my will

Tarnished, I relinquish

Will I ever be set free?

Slowly perishing hope of salvation foreshadows a future

Filled with mayhem and havoc

Where angels and demons punish the fallen

Evil has fallen on me
