The silence of the sea

Came calling out to me

The black waves sing their song

The feeling of a dream

The current rips away

My thoughts and my beliefs

The cosmic interference

Of who I am and who is me

Attending my wake

Set myself to sleep

Is it a mistake

To keep sobriety
