I want to introduce you to the performance of my original song Standing Up recorded live on October 7 2024 at 25th street recording studios in Oakland California

I chose to first release this song as a live performance to capture the raw energy and authenticity of the moment

And for this song's first introduction to the world I wanted something raw and unfiltered

Something that feels extra real

But most importantly I wanted to capture the raw emotion behind what the song truly means

Standing up when life feels hopeless

This song was born from a very dark time in my life

When I was thinking about suicide and possibly ending my own life

But instead I chose to stand up

And I wrote this song

I wish for you to find it as a beacon of hope strength and inspiration for yourself or for others who may be suffering
