Everybody is demanding

A certain lust for life

Everybody wants to live in peace

But its meaning just can't be

The counterpart of war

It's more an attitude of mind

Repeated summit conferences

Of the rulers on this earth

But is there any confidence

Between these talk-talk-talking heads?

Is this the native place

For every man and every race?

Is this a place for boys and girls
