Both the Marshall and the gunmen carried the Colt 1873 Single Action Army Revolver.
“The gun that Won the West.” Also known as The Peacemaker, The Frontiersman, The Colt 45.
Bride: I hear guns. Two gunmen lie dead in the street. I pick up the Colt 45 and fire. It’s over. The town comes out of hiding. The Marshall throws his tin star in the dirt. It’s my wedding day.
Marshall: It’s over. Four gunmen lie dead in the street. The town comes out of hiding. I throw my tin star in the dirt. We ride out of that dusty town, our wedding day. We ride out of that dusty town.
