He started with the rap group Death Threat, taking his debut solo bow in 1999. Throughout a career littered with notable EPs and albums, including 2012’s MKNM (Mga Kwento Ng Makata), he’s even shifted to become an independent artist with 2019’s “Dungaw”—proving the secret to his endurance are his hard-hitting, relevant songs, which never fail to land.
