Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. One of my earliest musical memories is listening to the Bob Marley & The Wailers’ “Legend” album and my mom’s Haitian music tapes.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Drake, So Far Gone JAY-Z, The Black Album Kanye West, Graduation I chose these three albums because the sounds inspired me as a producer and the lyrical content and the artists shaped me into the artist I am today.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Miss Solana” I chose this song because it’s the first song I ever released commercially, it’s my biggest song and it was co-signed by Sza which is who the song is about. Those are just a few reasons why this song will be special to me.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Sza posting my song “Miss Solana” on her story on Instagram. The song is dedicated to her and the recognition was a completely surprising but special moment.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I want to have a discography that my fans will love and live with forever and inspire the next generations of artists to come. I also want to produce for and make music with the legends that have inspired me to become the artist that I am today.
