Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I remember hearing Jean Michel-Jarre's 'Oxygene' in full. I was 6 when my Dad played it to me. I remember how unusual it was with no gaps between the tracks on the vinyl and one piece that panned between speakers. I'd never heard anything like it.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Jamie xx, In Colour Orbital, Orbital 2 Tears for Fears, Songs from the Big Chair 'In Colour' by Jamie xx is still my tonic to manic touring, in-between raves & festivals. I grew up with Tears For Fears playing in my house as a kid & Orbital were the first electronic band that taught me there was something deeper than just rave.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Say It Now” This track contains all my early inspirations in one. It's a 'love letter' to rave heritage and all it's given me over the years. It's also the first single (ahead of much more) on London Records, my new label home.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? My track '23' featuring on Flying Lotus' 'Fly-Lo' station on GTAV was a special moment, the reach it gave me was immense and I still meet people to this day that connected with what I do, through that game.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? There's so much I'd still like to achieve, so many people I'd love to work with too, but those goals shall remain secret for now.
