Thomas Fersen is a French singer/songwriter whose dynamic musical style and poetic lyrics have brought him increasing popularity over the years. He was long associated with Vincent Frèrebeau's label Tôt ou Tard. Born on January 4, 1963, in Paris, France, Fersen made his full-length album debut in 1993 with Le Bal des Oiseaux, but it wasn't until Pièce Montée des Grands Jours (2003) that he reached the Top Five on the French albums chart. Subsequent albums, including Le Pavillon des Fous (2005) and Trois Petits Tours (2008), were also highly successful, charting Top Ten and Top Five, respectively. ~ Jason Birchmeier
