Between their first two albums, New Delhi-based rock band The Local Train became the must-hear, must-see act in India thanks to their rousing, stadium-ready Hindi anthems and ballads. Formed in Chandigarh and comprising vocalist/guitarist Raman Negi, bassist Ramit Mehra, drummer Sahil Sarin and guitarist Paras Thakur, their full-length statements—2015’s Aalas Ka Pedh and 2018’s Vaaqif—are love letters to their nation’s youth.
