Stuck in a self destructive loop

The tightening in my chest has no care for when it shows it's self

Starting to lose my grasp on reality

I have become familiar with this constant feeling of helplessness and lack of direction

It's getting harder everyday

I have to try act like there is nothing wrong with me with no care in the world
