Is the equivalent of "I, I, I-I-I-I could've gone pro

And things could've been so very different"

Why do you take a weird masochistic pride

F-F-For fumbling a fifth-grade lead

Are you out of your goddamn mind?

It's 'cause your suffering is precious to you

'Cuz it makes you feel special and smart when you aren't

I think if you were gifted, you would've figured it out

But you didn't, you're just running your mouth

Looking for someone else to blame 'cause that's what geniuses do

You had the world right in your hands and now you haven't got a clue

I was a child! With a Lamborghini brain

I've spun out now, my brain's in flames!

And not one mechanic ever showed me how to use it!

So I abused it, yeah, but got too used to it

I missed my shot getting in the fast lane

I'm due for a repair, but I can't stand the shame
