Most Likely Never Going to Die

Well it's a feeling that you don't get all of the time but you need it

To be a steady rock and roller, just a one of a kind, undefeated

We spent the last three weeks thinking life is a game and we beat it

But are we playing by the rules, or are we counting the cards, are we cheating?

I'm ashamed to say it crossed my mind

More than just a couple times

That you and I are never gonna die

Spending seven out of 24 hours a day on computers

NO!

Are we expanding our minds or just becoming the best troubleshooters?

When the flowers start booming on my family tree

Is everybody gonna pick the petals right off of me?

And press my body in a book that double-features as a diary?

I'm ashamed to say it crossed my mind
