After meeting at the Bethel School of Supernatural Worship, Bryan and Katie Torwalt served as worship pastors while launching their career in music.
∙ Prior to their success as a duo, they were members of The Jesus Culture Band, a collective of artists performing under Christian revivalist youth outreach ministry Jesus Culture.
∙ In 2016, Francesca Battistelli won a Grammy Award for her version of Bryan & Katie’s “Holy Spirit,” originally released on their 2011 debut, Here on Earth.
∙ Their sophomore LP, 2013’s Kingdom Come, reached No. 5 on Billboard’s Independent Albums chart, and the duo’s 2016 release, Champion, was a top iTunes Christian album.
