Madison Cunningham, Who Are You Now Nilüfer Yanya, PAINLESS PJ Harvey, Rid of Me songs songs songs, guitar guitar guitar ! these women own their stages and spaces with a musicality and class I aspire to myself. these albums to me are no nonsense. all three are gritty and interesting whilst pulling at my heart strings !

What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? after my headline show at ronnie scott's last year, I clock martin freeman (the hobbit !!!) in the audience, he turns to me and says 'why the f*ck didn't you play 'just my type'!'.. I was quite elated he knew the song titles
