In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. When I was around 2-3 years old, my family took me on my first roadtrip. I had a small key-board, and surprised my family by playing twinkle twinkle little star while sitting in the back seat.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? JID, The Forever Story Lauryn Hill, The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill Tyler, The Creator, CALL ME IF YOU GET LOST These were my favorite projects by these artists for three main reasons; their musicality, their lyrics, and how they show their personality through the music.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “P&C” This was my first-released song, and a major step in my life. For me, putting this song out was like metaphorically getting over my fears, and into the start of a new era.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? My first music video ever reaching over 20k in its first week. I was very doubtful of myself and my work, but the turnout proved me wrong.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? A feature with one of my favorite artists would be the dream. Being able to work with someone I look up to would be life-changing.
